The Founder
Ajit
Khandekar
I built my career in the fastest-moving parts of hospitality — large-format F&B clubs, 1,000-guest gala events, 10+ bar setups during polo matches, and Dubai's Marina Yacht Club. When operations move at that speed, you learn systems thinking the hard way: what breaks, why it breaks, and how to prevent it.
For a decade, I managed service teams, coordinated high-pressure events, and consulted HoReCa businesses across Central India. After leaving hospitality, I moved closer to the thing I've always done quietly — technology.
My first website was hand-coded in 2007. Since then, learning tech, automation, and digital systems has been my second nature. A Postgraduate program in Business Administration at AUT, New Zealand led me into the IT industry, project management, and digital transformation work. My professional path combines operations, systems, and product thinking.
Solvize is the result — a founder-led product studio that builds durable digital ventures for overlooked markets. Purpose first. Lean by design. Built around real problems, not hype. I don't chase rounds. I build things that work.
Personal Brand
"The Non-Tech PM"
I entered tech without a CS degree. Instead, I learned through grit — from hospitality operations to workflow automation, self-hosted infrastructure, and product development. Being non-tech forces clarity. That clarity shapes every venture under Solvize.
